Do I have to work out during the intro?
Nope. You won’t be asked to work out, sweat, or change clothes. This is simply a sit-down to talk goals and make a plan.

What if I’m out of shape or haven’t worked out in years?
You’re right where you need to be by booking this appointment. We work with beginners, people getting back into fitness, and everyone in between. You don’t need to “get in shape first.”

How long does the No Sweat Intro take?
About 20–30 minutes. Long enough to really talk things through, short enough to fit into a busy schedule.

What will we talk about?
We’ll cover your goals, schedule, past experience, any injuries or limitations, and what you’ve tried before. Then we’ll explain how C4FIT works and what getting started would look like for you.

Is this a sales pitch?
No. Our goal is to help you figure out if C4FIT is a good fit—honestly. If it is, we’ll walk you through next steps. If it’s not, that’s okay too.

Do I have to sign up that day?
Not at all. Some people do, some people think it over. We want you to feel confident and comfortable either way.
