How it works?
1. Book a Free Consultation: Sign up for a 30 minute consultation with one of our expert coaches to learn more, ask questions, and secure your spot in the challenge!
2. Participate: For 40 days you'll be guided to complete workouts in the facility, track your progress, follow the meal plan and engage with the community for support.
3. Transform: Celebrate wins along the way both big & small - stay consistent through daily coaching, and do something each day your future self will thank you for
ADDITIONAL INFO:
1. Duration: 40 DAYS - we start Monday, October 13th and will finish the Friday before Thanksgiving, November 21st.
2. Registration Deadline: No later than Friday, October 10th
3. Orientation: Join us at C4FIT on Saturday, October 4th for a no commitment workshop and orientation to learn more, ask questions, and hear from individuals who took part in our challenge last Fall.
4. Daily Engagement: Participate in daily activities, challenges, and community interactions to get the most out of your challenge experience.
5. Final Celebration: Join fellow challenger on Saturday, November 22nd to celebrate the end of the challenge, and be recognized for your achievements
